All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day. During peak periods, promotional events, or inventory delays, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. Customers will be notified promptly if processing times are affected.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location and item availability:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Expedited Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • International Expedited Shipping: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

All fees are displayed clearly at checkout with no hidden costs.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect. Customers are encouraged to monitor the shipment, and if tracking is not updated after 72 hours, contact us for assistance.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Marek Sanders is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Misspelled names or postal codes

Returned packages due to incorrect customer information may incur reshipping fees.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or international regulations. Orders with restricted items will be cancelled and refunded if they cannot be delivered to your location.

7. International Taxes, Duties & Customs

International shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, or customs fees, which are not included in our pricing. Customers are responsible for these charges. Customs processing may delay delivery.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

9. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

Pre-order or back-ordered items will have estimated shipping dates displayed on the product page. Orders combining available and pre-order items may ship separately.

10. Order Modifications

Address or shipping changes must be requested before processing begins. Once processing starts, changes may not be possible.

11. Delivery Responsibility

Once the courier marks the package as “Delivered,” Marek Sanders considers the order fulfilled. Customers should contact local authorities for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
