Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be:

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): customer pays return shipping.
Seller errors or damaged items: Marek Sanders covers return shipping.
Use a trackable courier, as lost return shipments may not be refunded without proof of shipment.
5. Inspection & Approval
Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days. We check for:

Missing components
Unauthorized alterations or damage
You will receive email confirmation of refund approval, partial approval, or rejection.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other reasons, the return process applies first, and a new order must be placed.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
