Return & Refund Policy

At Marek Sanders, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains eligibility, procedures, timelines, and customer responsibilities for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free of damage, stains, or signs of wear

  • Complete with original packaging, accessories, and manuals

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items not meeting these conditions may result in partial or declined refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Personal care or hygiene items

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Marek Sanders Customer Support with your order number and reason for return:

We will provide:

  • Return authorization approval

  • Instructions for packaging and shipping

  • Return address

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): customer pays return shipping.

  • Seller errors or damaged items: Marek Sanders covers return shipping.

Use a trackable courier, as lost return shipments may not be refunded without proof of shipment.

5. Inspection & Approval

Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days. We check for:

  • Condition consistency

  • Missing components

  • Unauthorized alterations or damage

You will receive email confirmation of refund approval, partial approval, or rejection.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other reasons, the return process applies first, and a new order must be placed.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damaged, defective, or wrong items within 72 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Lost Packages

If a package is missing, contact us to coordinate with the carrier. Lost items will be replaced or refunded when the carrier confirms the loss.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if unprocessed. Once processed, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
